Systems live right now

Your audience showed up.
Now something has to answer.

I build the machine behind a trading brand — the bot that answers, the room that sorts people, the follow-up that runs while you sleep. Not a template. The same infrastructure I already operate every day, put in your name.

What's already running

These three are switched on right now, in my rooms and in other people's. Nothing here is a concept. This is a normal Tuesday.

The problem, the moving parts, what shipped. No results claims — the honest version is better than the invented one.

The class nobody could find

KJ Mclaurin · 266K on Instagram · Traders University

  1. A live class with 1,000 people expected and the details living in a story that vanished in 24 hours.
  2. Built a Telegram bot as the front door. One link in the bio, one tap, they're in.
  3. That tap is the whole trick — it is what earns the right to message them later. Without it a bot legally cannot open a DM.
  4. The bot holds the schedule, so a date change is one edit, not 1,000 messages.
  5. Reminder fires an hour before. Everyone who tapped gets it. Nobody else is disturbed.

Shipped with the bootcamp deck and funnel page. The date moved once after launch — edited in one place, every attendee got the new time.

Her room, her name, my rails

Babes Who Trade · women's trading community · Los Angeles

  1. A free community and a $1,999 course — and nothing in between. No reason to pay monthly.
  2. Built a branded live room. Her name, her colours, her voice on every message, on infrastructure I already operate.
  3. The skin is real architecture, not find-and-replace: one brand layer, keyed by room, so hers reads as hers and every other room is untouched.
  4. Wired the funnel behind it — 7 fields, 11 tags, a 9-stage pipeline — so a new member is sorted before anyone reads her name.
  5. Billing runs on a rail that handles failed cards and renewals, and gates the room by subscription.

Intake is live and proven end to end. The brand layer was built regression-safe by default — every pre-existing room renders byte-identical.

C3Steve site
File 003 · Email & funnel

66,300 followers. 54 of them moved.

C3Steve · 68K on Instagram · creator, bilingual EN/Kreyòl

  1. He asked his audience to follow him somewhere once. 0.08% did. That number governed the whole build.
  2. So we didn't build more. We built the cheapest possible test of one question: will they move, and will they spend?
  3. Site, then a list, then eight written emails — doors open, proof, account, funding, the honest one, and a three-part trial arc.
  4. A day-14 gate with a real stop condition: under 50 signups and we stop building and diagnose instead of burning two more months.
  5. Bilingual throughout, because half his audience doesn't read English first.

Phase 1 cost $0 by design. The plan is written so the failure case is cheap and obvious, not hidden behind a launch.

The people who hired me

Every one is online right now — tap any of them. Clients, not concepts. The wider gallery, including work built unasked, is on the portfolio.

04 — Build once · monthly keeps it alive

The three systems

Each one is something I have already built and already run. The build fee is setup. The monthly is hosting, watching it, and edits when you ask — and you can stop it any time, which is exactly why it's honest. Three slots a month. Not a download; me, building yours.

Something else?

Trading tools, a whole platform, a bilingual build, something nobody has made yet — that's a conversation, not a checkout button. Tell me what you're trying to do and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to build it.

What I won't build

The fastest way to know if someone is worth hiring is what they turn down.

Nothing that touches your members' money

No bot that places trades for your audience, no copy-trading you resell, no auto-execution in your name. That is somebody else's licence to hold.

No income claims, ever

Not on your site, not in your emails, not in a bot message. No profit screenshots, no win rates, no "members made X."

No fake urgency

No countdown that resets, no "3 spots left" that is always 3. If it says three slots a month, it is three.

You can leave

Stop the monthly and it stops. Your domain, your list, your audience — yours, handed over without a fight.

06 — Start to live

How it goes

01

You pick one

Card on file, slot booked. No discovery call, no deck, no questionnaire.

02

I learn your room

Your posts, your voice, how you actually talk to your people. Then I write it that way.

03

It goes live

Usually inside a week. A working thing you open on your phone, not a mockup.

04

I keep it running

That's the monthly. It breaks, I fix it. You want it changed, you ask. You want out, you leave.
